Doors of WordPress V173 Holywood

Happy Thursday everyone and welcome to another wonderful week of doors. I have only two doors to show you from Holywood and they were taken on the main shopping street, aptly named High Street.

One is from a lovely pub where we sat outside for a coffee and the other is from a popular antique store. I would have loved to have had more time to walk around and spot some residential doors but alas, it wasn’t meant to be on this trip.

Alexander’s & Co, a very popular bar and restaurant.
It can be found right in the heart of Holywood beside the famous Maypole, as seen in my previous post. Ps I love these doors!

If you enjoy browsing for unique home décor, don’t miss Holywood Interiors. Packed with antique furniture, vintage treasures and beautiful decorative pieces, it’s one of those independent shops where you never quite know what you’ll discover next. Nice door and I love the little lantern above it.

  1. Wonderful doors and great photos, Wayne. I love the second image only because the chaise (we used to call a “settee” when I was young) is a nostalgic piece of furniture for me. The “settee” was in that one room in the home, no matter how small, that was set out, only for when guests came calling. Thank you!

  2. I love those doors, Wayne. I don’t think I could walk by without trying to get in — it looks a little crowded. The antique store would require some of my time. I love the sofa in the window.
