Bloganuary day 29
I have learned over the past few months that life cannot be taken for granted. We need to appreciate every day that we have and appreciate our nearest and dearest.
Life is short and you just donโt know what life will throw at you. I feel that being a nurse, I have somehow always known this but I think my life over the last few months has just reinforced this and I am more grateful than ever for the little things in life.
Take each day as it comes and have a little patience with what the word has in store for you.

I’m having similar feels, but mine is more due to surviving a near-fatal car accident and my long recovery from a cracked rib

My husband is a Nurse too, Wayne. The things you guys see and deal with is beyond me. We are so blessed to have Nurses – you’re all amazing. I like your ‘lesson’ about cherishing every moment, that’s so important. Once the moment is gone – it doesn’t come back.

Covid definitely taught me to appreciate being able to see my friends and being able to hug and hold them once lock down was over. I’m so glad you’ve reminded me in your response, Lov xx
