Doors of WordPress V13

Happy Thursday everyone and welcome to another weekly post featuring some more of my favourite doors in Sydney. Who knew one city could have SO many amazing doors and doorways. I feel so lucky to have an abundance of doors on my own doorstep. Let me know which one is your favourite. πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

1 – Edgecliff
2 – Darlinghurst
3 – Paddington
4 – Paddington
5 – Tamarama

It’s a hard one for me but I really love door number five. I know it’s not a door to a house but it’s a great door nonetheless. I love that we don’t know what is on the other side of the door, there is an air of mystery, almost like there could be a secret garden. I love the colour, its simplicity, the archway and the steps leading up to the door. What is your door favourite and why?

Thanks for reading everyone and hope you’re all well.

  1. I am torn between the red again and the black. This time I go with the black #4 because I like the look of the curving of the bricks over the door and the window next to it.

  2. The second door, at 271, is part of a beautiful entrance. I can imaging coming home to that (although I might relocate the bins). But I really like the black door, with the tiny tombstone window that hints at the shape of the opening. I think that’s my favorite door today.

    1. Thanks so much for your comment. I love how another person’s perspective can really open our minds. I totally agree with you on number 2 although I had not seen it until you said. Now I think the door does appear quite opulent and there could be potential to have something exotic beyond the door 😊 amazing!
