Thank you Di for this week’s questions.
1. Do you wear glasses, contacts, bi-focals, none.
Not any more. I used to be blind as a bat and wore glasses since I was 11 years old. As I grew up, I would transition to contact lenses for special events etc but in my twenties I received the opportunity to have laser eye surgery and I haven’t looked back. It was just amazing to have my sight back!
2. What made you laugh last week?
Lunch with friends, I ways get a laugh with them.
3. What is your favourite flower?
Ooh tough question. I do love a Frangipani. They’re just beautiful and remind me of being on tropical islands. We also have them growing wild here in Sydney and they always make me smile.

4. What annoys you……….. misbehaving children, people, traffic, pets, decor in the house, anything else?
Oh misbehaving children is a good one and even more so, their parents who let them misbehave. At the moment my biggest grievance is the use of e-bikes. They are everywhere in Sydney and they don’t ride on the roads, instead they ride on the footpaths, nearly taking out the pedestrians. It’s just so dangerous. I also strongly dislike people walking with their phones, they fail to look up when walking and I have lost count of the amount of times they have nearly walked into me. One day I won’t move out of the way and let them walk into me.
Gratitude: surviving the gym class yesterday as it was brutal.
I’ve never seen a Frangipani before. Such beautiful flowers, and that yellow pops against those dark green leaves. I need to see if they are available here. Cheers!

Oh wow Richard. They’re quite common here and if you visit any of the Pacific islands, they are everywhere 🙂
