Thank you Di for this week’s questions.
1. What have you recently forgotten to do until the last minute?
Believe it or not, I am still playing Pokemon Go on my phone daily after ten years since it began. I won’t bore you with the details but there is a challenge I have to do every day for seven days in a row. I completed three days and then completely forgot on day four, resetting my progress, grrr. I hate that, I may have to set a phone reminder. I guess I may have more pressing things on my mind.
2. How many blog posts do you publish on average a day?
Normally one post for me a day is a good thing. If I’m feeling very energetic or excited, I may complete two posts, but that’s very few and far between.
3. How long have you been blogging?
Just turned nine years, roll on the big ten year anniversary!
4. If you had to rename your blog, what would it be?
Ooh that’s a good question. I have no idea, however, I would keep it simple as many people ask me why did I choose Wrookieschu. Maybe something like Wayne’s Wanders as this started out as a travel blog.
Here is a link to where I tried to explain my current blogging name https://wrookieschu.com/2025/07/25/wrookieschu-who/.
Gratitude: I’m grateful for travelling by train this morning so I can catch up on my blogging.
I gave up on Pokemon Go because I kept forgetting to log in and complete tasks. But then, I don’t have many game apps on my phone. I’d rather read a book while sitting I a waiting room than stare at my phone screen. I know, I’m a nerd. 🙂
Glad you shared the origin story of your blog name. That was quite a creative way to develop it!
Have a fantastic day, Wayne! 🌻

Thanks Richard. I love the fact that you have even heard of the game! Reading a book is much better I would say.

Interesting. I didn’t think Pokemon was still out there. Good that you find something you enjoy playing.

Crazy it’s still very popular. You’re right Jean, something you enjoy playing is certainly a good thing 🙂

Hi Wayne, thanks for joining in and sharing your world this week.
I do the New York on-line wordle every day, but no points for continued participation!
