Happy Thursday everyone and welcome to another week of wonderful doors. As it is absolutely pouring with rain here in Sydney, I thought I would take a look back at some of my doors from Tasmania when we travelled there nearly 6 months ago. How is that even possible?! This year is just flying by!
The doors on display are from our trip to Launceston for my good friend’s wedding. Can you guess which door belonged to the wedding venue?

I love the wedding gate! But I can see the windmill as a perfect photo op for the newlyweds. Plenty of rain for us too! Crazy weather year!

Oh that’s a good point, the windmill would have been a great photo op for a wedding. They’re saying we are going to have worldwide crazy weather in the coming months with an El Niño event added to climate change. Stay dry for now 🙏🏽

I know what you mean, it does feel like this year has just flown by so far. Beautiful set of shots. These doors have so much personality. My vote is the door with the heart on it!

Thanks so much. You can’t not like a door with a giant heart on it.

I love the last gate with a heart. Beautiful choices, though all of them. 🙂

I left a comment hours ago but it seems to have disappeared (as comments sometimes do on WP). Definitely the heart gate/door is the one!

The red door really pops, but I think the heart on the gate is my favorite.
Hope things dry out for you soon!

Cheers Richard. It’s funny how a simple heart on a door can make such a positive difference.

These are all interesting, Wayne. I’ll go with door No. 5 for the wedding, but I like that first photo with the elevated walkway.

Cheers Dan, you are spot on! I love the first door also and it actually belongs to a windmill.
