Happy Thursday everyone and welcome to another week of wonderful doors. This week I am showing some more really cool doors from the trendy suburb of Newtown and I love that some of the doors are surrounded by street art. Please let me know if you have a favourite this week.

I actually don’t think I can pick one this week as I love them all, however, I would say that number three would be my least favourite. I enjoy the door but it was the Australian artwork that really captivated me, absolutely stunning. Imagine having that surrounding your front door!
Love the red door with the black trim & light yellow siding!

Number 2 is my favorite, Wayne, because of the way the mural blends with the door. And I agree, three is…lacking. The mural is pretty, but that door needs some love.

Haha it does need some love. I love number two also, it’s so cheery looking.

I love them all, but I agree that 2 and 3 are more unusual and interesting! ♥♥

Thanks, I love them both. It’s not often I see a door surrounded by street art. So cool.

Street art set around doors, I am happy! Love all the photos, Wayne. I struggle to find a favorite. What a great presentation in number three with a joey in front of Corinthian columns in that mural; the contrast is adorable. Wonderful lighting and clarity in your photos. Superb!

Thanks very much Suzette, greatly appreciated. Yes I loved the contrast in the mural too!

Numbers two and five are my favorites. I lean more toward five (red). But they are all nice doors. Number three is odd. The artwork makes the door look like it’s floating. A bit of an illusion, but I’m not sure I’d want to come home to that.

Dan that made me chuckle. Yes it may be a bit much to come home to every day. I love door five too and it’s funny that it appears red as it’s actually orange.

Orange is one of the colors, I don’t deal well with, Wayne.

Oh no Dan! Then we shall go with red.

It’s OK, Wayne. I’ve gotten used to a limited number of colors between red and yellow.

Great examples and while I agree about no 3, no 2 is my favourite.
