Happy Thursday everyone and welcome to my 150th doors post!!! This week I am delighted to feature some doors from my recent trip to Tasmania, with the focus on Launceston and I look forward to creating a blog post of our trip in the coming days. I was absolutely gobsmacked with the beautiful buildings in Launceston and the stunning doors to match. As always, please let me know if you have a favourite this week. Many thanks!

My favourite this week is number 5, who doesn’t love a yellow door? It’s so welcoming and happy looking and I love the view to the outside world.
Lovelt collection! My friend is a planner and rented an old sandstone building in Hobart. He painted the door yellow .. and got into trouble from the Council! He fought them over it and won 😀 The building has since been sold and the beautiful old original door removed and replaced with a new glass one. I guss they got approval from the Council … wierd.
I hope you enjoyed your visit to Tasmania 😀

I’m glad he won the case. That’s sad they replaced it as a door makes such a difference. I loved Tasmania, hopefully I can visit Hobart next time. Many thanks.

I like them all, Wayne. Put I must confess that I am partial to door number 5. I love the photo’s angle/point of view and the door and the view outside has cheerful yellows, superb.

I agree on #5 being the most eye-catching, but some of that architecture is also fantastic!

Congrats on the 150th, Wayne. To celebrate, you made it very hard for me to choose a favorite. I love the building in #1 and I thought I’d get away with choosing a favorite building and a separate door, but I also love that little building in #2. The corner door gets my attention, as does the simple door in #4. The open door is a sure winner. I’m officially going to abstain — I like too many of them.
