Sleep!

What could you do more of?

After tossing and turning all night with the heat and things on my mind (nothing too serious) I checked my watch this morning with hopeful optimism that maybe I had a good enough sleep to get me through the day…but to my dismay it was only a measly 3 hours 45 minutes. I know this isn’t the worst, there are many new mothers and fathers who have much less sleep, however, for me, I normally need at least 6 hours to function. Let’s see how today goes.

  1. It sounds like you had a rough night! It’s tough when you can’t get the rest you need, especially when you’re used to a solid amount of sleep. Even a few extra hours can make a big difference in how we feel throughout the day. I admire your optimistic outlook despite the sleep struggle! Just take it one step at a time, and don’t hesitate to give yourself a break if you need it. Hopefully, tonight will be more restful for you! You’ve got this! 🌟

  2. I wish you well. I had a horrid night last night due to my sinuses keeping me up despite the antihistamines. I fell asleep near day light and got up at 10 which is late for me.

    I Have always had trouble sleeping, I am one of those people my mind races,so I find if I turn on a audiobook or some soothing music it fills my mind and I eventually go to sleep.

    If I sleep just one hour I am up anther full day, use to go to work likethat… not fun,
