Happy Thursday everyone and welcome to another week of fabulous doors. This week is from my current place of residence again and my favourite town, drum roll please…can we guess where it is haha…Hillsborough!

I initially took the photograph because of the really cool and unique car that was parked on the street. I have never seen a car so small and surprisingly the driver was able to fit in a large amount of groceries. It was only when I had taken the snap that I realised all the fantastic doors in the background. I’m pretty sure I have photographed a couple of them individually but I love them all collectively on this street.
How many doors can you see in this photograph? Do you have a favourite? Have you ever seen a car so small?? Please share your thoughts 😊

I love the colourful doors. I have a SMART car which isn’t much bigger than this one. It’s amazing how much I can get in it!

That’s amazing! I used to drive a smart car and absolutely loved it. Apparently a washing machine could fit in its boot / trunk.

I think I’ll go for the pink door this time. You hardly ever see pink ones. That is some kind of car, for sure. I’d be surprised to see a grown adult even fit in it. 🙂

That’s so true about the pink door, it’s not very common indeed. I did see a fully grown man load his shopping into the car and take off 😅

Very interesting car. I ,as usual prefer the red door. Red just stands out to me. In most cases it
looks good. Do you know what kind of car that is?

I have absolutely no idea! I am terrible with cars but I loved the look of it.

5 if you count the car? 6 if you count the partial on the other side of the car.

I was counting 7 😉

Which one am I missing? 4 on the house. 1 fully visible on the car and one partially visible on the car. You can’t see a hatch in the back of the car. Just wondering.

Ah there was a definite hatch but maybe not visible 😉

I have never seen a car like that. I’m not sure I’d want to be driving it in traffic, but it’s kind of cool. I think you managed your normal complement of five doors. I like the yellow “Dutch Door” at least that’s what we call doors that open in full or just from the top.

Thanks Dan! I love that yellow door too. It reminds me of a western movie when the doors open like that. Yes that car is perfect for a visit to the shops, not necessarily for driving in 5 lanes of traffic. I’m saying that you could probably duck and dive around the traffic.
