Are you more of a night or morning person?
When it comes to picking a side, I am definitely a morning person. There is just something about waking up early, feeling fresh, and getting a head start on the day that suits me to the ground. I am so much more productive in the mornings, the classic saying “early bird catches the worm” really does apply to me. I love the quiet calm before everything starts up, when the world hasn’t quite woken up yet. Nights are great too, but mornings…that’s where I thrive!!!

I’m a morning person as well. Always have been and always will be!

Ooh interesting! I don’t dislike an afternoon either to be fair, still I’m more productive in the morning.

I am a morning person … at night. Or, is that a night person … in the morning? I’m often still up when daylight breaks, so doesn’t that make me both a night and morning person?

Hmmm that’s an interesting take on it for sure. I would say more a night person but I could be wrong 😜

Probably so … I think it started about 60 years ago when I was in high school and also worked a 3-11 shift, then went home and studied for a couple of hours, then back to school!

You wouldn’t see that today I’m sure. That’s pretty impressive.

I am a night owl and so is M, thankfully. It’s the first time I’ve been on a schedule that suits my leanings. I was in the military and then as a pilot, well, let’s just say that things start early. I was always trying to wake up! Your cup and saucer are a great find. Cheers.

Interesting. In Canada they are referred to as Thrift Shops. Same purpose. Some call them charity shops to I assume. Morning coffee makes getting up worthwhile 🙂

Oh I love a morning coffee. Yes I think they are called thrift shops too or many Aussie call they Op Shops as in opportunity shops.

I like the Op Shop…it’s an opportunity for one to find something they want and someone to give something they don’t. Nice when they match up. Never heard Op Shop before.

Yes I like it too and I only heard it for the first time when I arrived in Australia 🙂

I’m one of those crazies who is up at 5 am every morning, even weekends. Partly due to my dogs, who love routine and are ready to go out before the sun rises.
My partner, on the other hand, will sleep til noon if I let her! 🙂

That’s hilarious, chalk and cheese. Yes it’s funny how we get so used to routine, even at weekends I am up early too, maybe not 5am early!

I’m not too early in the mornings, (finished brekkie by 9.00am) and this old bird only catches very slow worms …
