Saturday and Sunday roast dinners are a main feature in our household, Wayne. My favorite is always the roast lamb dinner with a helping of mint sauce. But I also enjoy beef, pork and chicken roast dinners. Then, of course, there is the turkey roast dinner at Christmas – always a highlight.

Great question Hugh!!! I love all those roast dinners, chicken and beef are amazing but a Christmas roast is fantastic. Yes we do make our own gravy, always tastes better.
My mother used to make a fantastic roast dinner but it’s not worth doing for two. However, I often do one for friends who love the whole roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, rare roast beef etc
