Happy Thursday everyone and welcome to another week of wonderful doors. I’m glad I have my doors post this week as Bloganuary has officially finished and I need something to blog about today. It almost feels like saying goodbye to an old friend, “see you next year!”.
I am showcasing a few doors from Sydney this week as I haven’t seen too many interesting doors from where I am now living…yet. Give it time Wayne! I always want things to happen straight away, let it go hahaha. Anyways, let me know if you have a favourite this week.

I love door number two but my favourite has to be number four World Square. What a fascinating door in the middle of a mall in Sydney’s CBD. It reminds me of something from Kill Bill the movie, when Uma Thurman is completing her training to become the world’s most deadly assassin. Have you ever seen this movie?
Have a great day everyone.
Wayne
Like you I like the World square door, but I like it because of the center, On my computer can’t make it large enough but love the “door Knob” or center design.. and it is just totally different.

That’s so true! Thanks for pointing that out.

As always I find it hard to choose from your great selection of doors. The red one catches my eyes.

No, I’ve never seen the movie, Wayne. It’s never been on my radar.
I like door #5 most. The colour is lovely, and the glass, outside lamp and doorbell match it nicely. It looks quite like Art Deco from the 1930s.

Thanks Hugh! I do love that door too and you’re right, quite art deco.

You made this a hard one, Wayne. “Bondi Junction” is hard to beat, but I like Number 4 and a red arch church door is hard to pass up, and that one’s a beauty. I just noticed that some streaming service I have is featuring Kill Bill – I’ve never seen it. Maybe…
I was expecting you to take a few days off after bloganuary. Great job on that. I couldn’t make 31 days in a row with JusJoJan. Have a great weekend!

Not just the door – the whole front of the house on the “Bondi Junction” photo looks really beautiful. Happy Thursday, Wayne! Glad you’re still blogging today even though we really did say goodbye to our mate Bloganuary. Hope you have a great day today xx

Haha I feel the same way I did when I mistakenly tucked the back of my skirt into my winter stockings in highschool – that something wasn’t quite right but I didn’t know what. It’s odd not seeing a new bloganuary prompt. I see there are “Daily prompts” and so many bloggers are answering but I feel like answering those are somehow cheating on bloganuary. Yep. I’ll show myself out.

Haha I never even noticed those! Don’t worry, I’m sure Bloganuary is over it 😜

Wonderful doors. Haha. I never thought about assassins in training beyond a door. I think I’d better leave that one shut. Hugs.

My preference is actually the one in the post header .. that wee shabby looking blue thing overlooking the sea.
I just wonder where it leads … or is it just an outside toilet? 😉😂

Haha I love that door too but it’s not mine. It’s the logo we use for Thursday Doors.

I like 1 because of the ornate columns and 3 because of the different shape. Never saw Kill Bill.

Think I caught some clips and it seems quite violent?

Think I’ll give it a pass. Not really into blood and gore stuff. Thanks though.
